WEAVE

Charged nodes rain into a pile. Drag one stroke through touching nodes of the same charge to wire a circuit — diagonals count.

Release to discharge: a current rips down the wire you drew and every node on it detonates. A longer snake pays far more. But a node left too long oxidises into dead rust that breaks your paths — it only crumbles when you discharge a wire beside it. Keep the circuit turning over, or the pile buries you to the ceiling.

Trace a continuous stroke through touching nodes of one charge (orthogonal or diagonal). A wire of 3+ nodes discharges when you let go — a current zips the path and pops every node, scoring super-linearly with length, so a long authored snake pays enormously. Nodes left too long oxidise into uncuttable rust (it only crumbles when an adjacent wire discharges), so keep weaving. Nurse a colour into a big blob for a monster trace — but greed rusts.
